This year the 8th grade party will be held at the Nixa Aquatic Center/Park on June 1 from 10:00 – 1:00. Permission forms have been sent home with students and are due this Friday, May 13. The ticket price is $15 which will include a t-shirt, pool fee, transportation & food.

How you can help
We will need parent volunteers to help set-up for lunch, help with serving the food, and help with clean-up. We have the pavillion reserved but it isn’t large enough to accommodate 365 students so they will need to eat in shifts.
Teachers will be needed to supervise the students in and around the pool area ( patio, restrooms & dressing rooms, etc.) The more volunteers we have, the quicker we can move the students through the serving lines. As we get the final numbers from paid tickets, we may need assistance with donations of paper plates, napkins, cookies/desserts.
